Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the work that we do. Every arrow is assembled by certified archery technicians to your exact specifications. If there are any failures or defects directly related to our assembly process—such as fletching adhesion issues, improperly seated inserts, or incorrectly applied wraps—please contact us. We will work with you to make it right.

Warranty for Components

The warranty for components (including arrow shafts, vanes, nocks, and inserts) varies from brand to brand. We are a dealer for all the components that we sell, and if there are any defects, please let us know and we will work with the manufacturer to make it right.

Wear, Tear, & User Error

Arrows are consumable items subjected to extreme forces. Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from impacting hard targets, rocks, or other arrows (e.g., "Robin Hoods")
• Shooting off a fletching or wrap damage due to pass-throughs or tight groupings
• Damage resulting from improper tuning, spine selection, or user error

Assumption of Liability

Archery is an inherently dangerous sport. By purchasing arrows from ArrowOps and NxtGen Archery & Outdoors, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with their use. We are not liable or responsible for any injury, harm, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of our products. It is the user's responsibility to inspect every arrow prior to each shot to ensure it is safe to use.

Shipping & Lead Times

Because every dozen is custom-built to order, our standard build time is 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed. We prioritize quality and meticulous assembly over rushing orders out the door. Shipping time is in addition to this build window. During peak season, build times may be slightly extended.

Returns Policy

Because every order is custom built based on your exact specifications, all custom arrows are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We strongly encourage you to review your arrow build carefully before placing your order.
