Return Policy

Because every dozen arrows ordered through ArrowOps is custom-built to your exact specifications, our return policy differs from standard off-the-shelf retail products.

Custom Arrow Builds

All custom arrow sales are final. Once your order has been cut, glued, fletched, and assembled to your specified measurements and component choices, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or an incorrect specification provided at checkout.

Please double-check all of your selections (shaft spine, arrow length, vane configuration, and tip weight) in the Arrow Builder before placing your order.

Defects and Workmanship Issues

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your arrows arrive damaged from transit, or if there is a clear error in our workmanship (e.g., the arrows were cut to the wrong length compared to your order receipt, or a component is defective), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a warranty claim for defective workmanship:

  • Email contact@m.arrowops.io with your order number.
  • Include clear, well-lit photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Do not shoot or alter the arrows until we have evaluated your claim.

If the error is on our end, we will arrange for a return and either rebuild your arrows correctly or issue a full refund at our discretion.
